Update...nearly stationary frontal boundary is located right 
across the Tampa Bay area this morning. Had areas of fog form 
earlier near and to the north of the boundary...with patchy areas 
to the south. A fairly moist atmosphere remains in place and 
should be sufficient for isolated to scattered rain chances...with 
the best chances near the boundary over the Bay area. Also expect 
abundant cloud cover to remain across the region today. No major 
changes to ongoing forecast.

Aviation...areas of MVFR with locally IFR fog and low clouds 
burning off and lifting at this time and returning to VFR 
conditions by this afternoon into tonight. Fog and low clouds to 
again redevelop overnight for more MVFR/local IFR conditions.

Marine...adjusted offshore wave heights up slightly for the 
morning update. Otherwise forecast is on track with winds less 
than 10 knots for today and seas 4 feet or less.
