Forecasts indicating 35 to 45kt 850 mb winds speeds consistently overnight...generally along and east of the Pecos River. Although the winds may mix down periodically think this will be brief and isolated. Therefore...have updated the Midland...Wink...Fort Stockton and Pecos tafs to include low level wind shear from 280 degrees around 40kt from 03/06z until 03/15z. VFR conditions are expected otherwise. && Maf watches/warnings/advisories... nm...High Wind Warning until 8 am MST Wednesday for the following zones... Guadalupe Mountains of Eddy County.
