Strong high pressure will remain across the Canadian maritime provinces today while weak low pressure will move along the southeast coast. This low pressure system will slowly strengthen and move well east of our waters tonight into Tuesday. A frontal boundary is expected to approach the waters late Wednesday into Thursday, before a coastal low develops along the boundary and moves near the area late Thursday into Friday. |
