provinces today while weak low pressure will move along the

southeast coast. This low pressure system will slowly strengthen

and move well east of our waters tonight into Tuesday. A frontal

boundary is expected to approach the waters late Wednesday into

Thursday, before a coastal low develops along the boundary and

moves near the area late Thursday into Friday.
