Gale Warning in effect.

Wind north 35 to 45 knots diminishing to northwest 25 this evening

and to west 10 to 15 late overnight. Wind backing to southwest 15 to

20 late Sunday morning then increasing to south 30 Sunday afternoon

with gusts to 40 along the Newfoundland coast. Flurries and a few

showers beginning Sunday afternoon. Visibility 1 mile or less in

precipitation. Temperatures near zero.



Northeast Gulf

Gulf - Port au Port.

Wind northwest 25 knots diminishing to 15 this evening and to light

near midnight. Wind increasing to southwest 15 to 20 late overnight

and to 30 Sunday morning with gusts to 40 along the Newfoundland

coast. Wind diminishing to west 25 Sunday evening. Flurries and

showers beginning early Sunday morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in

precipitation. Temperatures near zero.



Southwest coast.

Gale Warning in effect.

Wind northwest 35 knots diminishing to 15 to 20 this evening and to

light after midnight. Wind increasing to southwest 15 to 20 early

Sunday morning and to 30 near noon Sunday. Showers beginning Sunday

afternoon and ending Sunday evening.



South Coast

East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south.

Gale Warning in effect.

Wind northwest 35 knots with gusts to 45 diminishing to 25 this

evening and to west 15 late overnight. Wind increasing to southwest

25 Sunday evening. Showers ending this evening.



East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis.

Gale Warning in effect.

Wind northwest 45 knots with gusts to 55 along the coast. Wind

diminishing to northwest 35 this evening and to 20 late overnight.

Wind backing to southwest 15 Sunday morning then increasing to 30

Sunday evening. Periods of snow and rain ending near midnight.



Northeast coast - cape St. John and south.

Gale Warning in effect.

Wind north 45 knots with gusts to 55 backing to northwest 35 early

this evening then diminishing to 25 late this evening. Wind

diminishing to west 15 late overnight then backing to south 20 near

noon Sunday. Wind increasing to south 30 Sunday evening. Snow and

rain ending this evening. A few showers beginning Sunday afternoon.

Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.



Northeast coast - north of cape St. John.

Gale Warning in effect.

Wind northwest 35 knots diminishing to 25 this evening and to west 15

late overnight. Wind backing to south 20 near noon Sunday then

increasing to 30 Sunday evening. A few flurries and showers

beginning early Sunday afternoon.



Belle Isle Bank.

Gale Warning in effect.

Wind north 35 to 45 knots backing to northwest 35 this evening then

diminishing to 25 late overnight. Wind backing to southwest 20 near

noon Sunday then increasing to south 30 Sunday evening. Periods of

snow and rain ending this evening. A few flurries and showers
