Synopsis For The Suwannee River To Destin Out To 60 Nm
Synopsis
A strong cold front moved east across the waters this afternoon...bringing with it high winds and seas. Strong west winds and high seas will persist at least through Monday. Winds will gradually become more northwesterly and diminish Monday night as a high pressure system builds across the eastern Gulf. However... seas will be slower to diminish and may remain at advisory levels into early Tuesday afternoon. The high will shift east of the marine area around mid week...with a light return flow developing and persisting through late week.

West wind 20 to 25 knots and gusty decreasing to around 20 knots late in the afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 feet near shore...9 to 11 feet offshore. Protected waters rough. A slight chance of mainly morning showers.
Monday Night
West wind around 20 knots becoming northwest 10 to 15 knots in the late evening. Seas 4 to 6 feet near shore...6 to 9 feet offshore. Protected waters choppy decreasing to a moderate chop in the late evening.
Tuesday
West wind around 10 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet near shore. Seas 4 to 6 feet offshore. Protected waters a light chop
